Specializing in Wrestling and MMA, Nixon has established an impressive track record in both sports, becoming one of the most notable emerging fighters in New Zealand's martial arts community.

Over the past few years, Nixon has accumulated an undefeated MMA record of 4 wins and 0 losses, showcasing his strong potential in the sport. His achievements in wrestling are equally impressive, as he has won multiple national titles across both New Zealand and Australia. He is a two-time New Zealand Freestyle Wrestling National Champion (U20 and U17), an Australian Freestyle Wrestling National Champion (U20), and the New Zealand Secondary School Freestyle Wrestling National Champion. Nixon’s selection for the New Zealand National Wrestling Team for the World Championship further underscores his elite status in the wrestling world.

In addition to his wrestling accomplishments, Nixon has also made significant strides in MMA and kickboxing. This year, he competed in and won some of New Zealand's top kickboxing and MMA events, including King in the Ring and Shuriken Fight Series. His upcoming kickboxing fight on the 24th of August on the Mana Fighting Championship is a major milestone, as it will be his first "Full Thai" fight, allowing him to use elbows as strikes.
