Over the past three years, Alex has been steadily building towards a major milestone—qualification for the World Junior Open Water Championships. His dedication, perseverance, and elite-level training have positioned him among the best open-water swimmers in New Zealand and beyond.
Alex is training harder than ever to make his mark at the World Junior Open Water Championships. Competing against the best in the world, he will represent New Zealand in the grueling 10km race, showcasing his endurance, speed, and racecraft at the highest level of junior open-water swimming.
